RASHID International e.V. takes your privacy very seriously. Collection and processing of personally identifiable information
Generally you will be able to use the information products of RASHID International e.V. without providing personally identifiable information. Should you wish to use certain services (e.g. online campaigns, petitions, newsletters, donations, membership) some personal information is necessary to process your request. You will be notified about the information required when using such services. By using such services you agree that RASHID International e.V. may collect, process and use your personally identifiable information for the purposed stated during sign-up for such services.
Online campaigns and petitions
During online campaigns and petitions RASHID International e.V. will provide certain data, such as your first name, last name, postal address and e-mail address, in physical or electronic form to policy makers and other addressees, as called for according to the relevant activity. To verify your existence and to protect against spam and abuse you may have to confirm your participation in some activites. You may receive an e-mail with a verification link. We may inform you about further RASHID International e.V. activities if you wish and so indicate.
Sharing of personally identifiable information with third parties
In order to provide our services RASHID International cooperates with third parties with whom personally identifiable information may need to be shared to provide such services. These third parties are contractually bound to use shared personally identifiable information only for the purposes stated in the agreement with RASHID International e.V. Beyond this use case no personally identifiable information will be shared with third parties, except for online campaigns and petitions as noted above.
Statistics
RASHID International e.V. collects general statistical information during your visit, such as the IP address (truncated by 16 bits to preserve privacy), number of visitors and use of certain features or services. This data is used solely for statistical purposes. RASHID International e.V. uses Matomo Analytics to process this data and stores it exclusively on servers controlled by RASHID International e.V. Only generalized and anonymized statistics are generated and used.

Deletion of data
Collected data will be deleted by RASHID International e.V. as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes stated during collection. Instead of deletion access to data shall be restricted when such data must by stored to ensure compliance with the law, the Charter or contractual obligations.
Data portability
You are entitled to receive data that you have provided to RASHID International e.V. in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, if technically feasable, to demand that RASHID International e.V. transfers the data to a third party.
Right to complaint with supervisory authority
Should you have a complaint, you may appeal to the supervisory authority which is responsible for your place of residence or your state of residency or to the supervisory authority responsible for RASHID International e.V.
